Since our establishment in 2019 by the visionary Ms. Vi Nguyen, Non La Spa Danang has remained steadfast in our mission to provide vocational training, secure employment, and unwavering support to the remarkable women hailing from the villages of central Vietnam. By doing so, we endeavor to enhance the prospects and opportunities available to women residing in the central provinces.
While the recruitment of our exceptional staff has been relatively smooth, we acknowledge that equipping them with the necessary job skills can present its own set of challenges. A remarkable eighty percent of Non La Spa’s dedicated team comprises single mothers, who exhibit an unmatched commitment and resilience. To ensure our employees thrive in their roles, they undergo a comprehensive six-month training program, overseen and guided by capable industry professionals.
Under the expert guidance of Ms. Vi Nguyen, who possesses extensive experience in spa development within central Vietnam, Non La Spa prides itself on offering an unparalleled experience of relaxation and therapeutic rejuvenation. However, we wish to clarify that Non La Spa is not an NGO driven by donors with unsustainable agendas. Rather, we are a socially conscious organization with a resolute belief in empowering single mothers to create a better future for themselves and their children.
We are overjoyed to announce that as of April 2023, we are expanding our reach with the opening of a new branch strategically located a mere 5 minutes from the picturesque My Khe Beach, nestled beside luxurious and renowned resorts.
